/KASE, December 8, 2023/ – "Otbasy bank" house construction savings
bank JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of
Directors dated November 29, 2023, Y. Khamitov was elected the Chairman of
the bank's Board of Directors.
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of "Otbasy bank" house
construction savings bank JSC consists of six persons: Y. Khamitov, A.
Mukhamejanov, L. Ibragimova, E. Yermekova, N. Tokobayev, S. Zhamalov.
