Hereby, Joint Stock Company "National Company "KazMunayGas" (hereinafter –
KMG), in accordance with paragraph 13 of Table 2 of Appendix 1 of the Rules for
Disclosure of Information by the initiators of the admission of securities of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC and paragraph 4.3 of Table 1 of the Rules for
Disclosure of Information on the Market of the Business Rules of the Astana
International Exchange, informs that on November 30, 2023, Addendum No. 1 to
Contract No. 5238-UVS-JV dated 06/21/2023 was signed, according to which KMG
transferred the rights to the Private Company Karaton Operating Ltd. for the
exploration and production of hydrocarbons in the Karaton Subsolevoy subsurface
area located in Atyrau and Mangystau regions.
