/KASE, December 5, 2023/ – Fincraft Group LLP (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of its sole partner dated November 29, 2023:
- to approve the non-audited consolidated interim condensed financial
statements of the partnership for nine months of 2023;
- not to distribute the net income and not to pay dividends based on the results
of operations for nine months of 2023.
