/KASE, October 27, 2023/ – Kcell JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on November 29,
2023 at 11:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- on determining the quantitative composition and term of office of the
company's counting commission, electing its members;
- on changing the composition of the company's Board of Directors.
