/KASE, October 26, 2023/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of the
Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated October 19,
2023, consent was granted for the inclusion of international amortized bonds
XS2708176610 (KZT14,100.0 mln; 26.10.23 – 24.10.26; semi-annual coupon,
14.00 % APR; actual/360) of the European Bank for Reconstruction and
Development in the "Securities of international financial organizations" sector of
KASE official list.
The admittance initiator of the said bonds is Tengri Partners Investment Banking
(Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty).
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is October 26, 2023.
The opening of trades in said bonds on KASE will be announced later.
Said bonds have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) EBRDe20.
