/KASE, October 19, 2023/ – Shubarkol komir JSC (Qaraghandy), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
payment from July 5 to October 13, 2023 of dividends on preferred shares
KZ1P00000137 (KASE main market, "standard" category, SHUKp) for 2022 at
KZT50.00 per share for a total amount of KZT781,042.50.
According to the company's information, KZT1,182,812.50 were transferred to
Central Securities Depository JSC for payment of dividends.
