/KASE, October 12, 2023/ – Phystech II JSC (Aqtau), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders dated October 4,
2023.
The shareholders, among other things, decided to voluntarily and free of charge
transfer to the government (to the balance sheet of state bodies) 13,749,100
common shares of the company (100 % of the common voting shares of the
company) with a total estimated value of KZT35,417,122,000.
