officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the following:

Today, following a decision of the extraordinary General meeting of shareholders
of KEGOC JSC, changes and additions to the Company's Charter were approved
in terms of changing the payment terms for shares acquired under the
preemptive purchase right.
According to the changes in the Company's Charter, the payment period for such
shares is 5 working days after the date of filing the application for their
acquisition.
