/KASE, September 18, 2023/ – KEGOC JSC (Astana), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decision of the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders held
on September 15, 2023: to increase the number of authorized shares of the
company by 15,294,118 common shares, the total number of authorized shares
will be 275,294,118 common shares.
