/KASE, September 14, 2023/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
following a decision of the Board of Directors dated September 11, 2023, Simon
James Cleghorn resigned from the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of AK Altynalmas
JSC consists of five persons: B. Makhanov, R. Karakesov, R. Vodopshin, D.
Orazaev, M. Nusipova.
