/KASE, September 8, 2023/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network
Company JSC (Aqtau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that, an extraordinary general
meeting of its shareholders will begin on October 2, 2023 at 11:00 o'clock, with
the agenda as follows:
- on approval of the report on the execution of the company's budget for the
first half of 2023;
- on choosing the audit organization performing the audit of the company for 2023;
- on early termination of powers of an independent director of the company's
Board of Directors;
- on the election of an independent director of the company's Board of Directors.
