/KASE, September 4, 2023/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that
trading in bonds KZ2P00003874 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds",
FATNb1) of Faeton Company LLP (Almaty) will be suspended on KASE from
September 5, 2023.
The suspension is due to the holding of a general meeting of holders of these
bonds on September 5, 2023, at which the issue of amending the issue
prospectus of these bonds will be considered.
