/KASE, September 4, 2023/ – SevKazEnergo JSC (Petropavlovsk), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated August 31, 2023, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors:
- excluded: L. Yanushko;
- elected: A. Kazanovskiy.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of SevKazEnergo
JSC consists of six persons: O. Perfilov, A. Nigay, S. Li, A. Kazanovskiy, Tan
Levin, Lim Lei Ling.
