/KASE, August 31, 23/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE) dated August 31, 2023, common shares
KZ1C00001502 (KASE alternative market, "shares" sector, IDFC) of Fincraft
Investment House JSC (Almaty) were excluded from KASE official list.
This decision of the Listing Commission is effective as of August 31, 2023.
This decision was made on the basis of the application of Fincraft Investment
House JSC on voluntary delisting of the said shares from KASE official list .
These shares have been in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative
market since January 29, 2018. Trading in them opened on February 5, 2018.
