/KASE, August 29, 2023/ – Shubarkol Premium JSC (Qaraghandy), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on
August 29, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited financial statements for 2022;
- to distribute part of the company's net income in the amount of KZT5.0 bn as
dividends on the company's ordinary shares.
