/KASE, August 24, 2023/ – Crystal Management JSC (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders held on
August 17, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, decided to choose Ernst & Young LLP as the
auditor of the company for 2023.
Decisions on a total of three items on the agenda were made at the extraordinary
general meeting of shareholders.
