/KASE, August 23, 2023/ – Karazhyra JSC (Semey), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on August 11,
2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the consolidated and separate financial statements for 2022;
- not to pay dividends on the company's ordinary shares for 2022 and retain
net income at the disposal of the company.
