/KASE, August 22, 2023/ – Fincraft Investment House JSC (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about the decisions of the general meeting of shareholders held on August
15, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, decided to transform the joint-stock company
into a limited liability partnership.
