/KASE, August 17, 2023/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company
JSC (Aktau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated
August 15, 2023, K. Yermekbay was elected the acting Deputy Chairman of the
Management Board for Operations – Chief Engineer of the company.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Mangistau
Regional Electricity Network Company JSC consists of four people: K. Syzdykov,
K. Yermekbay, A. Karmenov, E. Ismagulova.
