/KASE, August 17, 2023/ – KEGOC JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on September 15,
2023 at 11:30 o'clock, with the only issue on the meeting agenda being the issue
"On increasing the number of authorized shares of KEGOC JSC".
