/KASE, August 8, 2023/ – Phystech II JSC (Aqtau), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a
decision of the sole shareholder dated July 25, 2023, the following composition
of the company's Board of Directors was elected:
- A. Daribekov;
- A. Userov;
- D. Aubakirov.
