Independent auditing company "Centraudit-Kazakhstan" LLP. According to the
auditor's report, the financial statements present fairly, in all material
aspects, the financial position of Marganec Zhairema JSC as of December 31,
2022, as well as its financial results and cash flows for the year ended as of
the specified date, in accordance with IFRS.
