/KASE, August 7, 2023/ – Mangistau Regional Electricity Network Company
JSC (Aktau), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE that, an extraordinary general meeting of its
shareholders will begin on August 28, 2023 at 11:00 o'clock, with the agenda as
follows:
- on approval of the report on the execution of the company's budget for 2022;
- on approval of the company's annual report for 2022.
