/KASE, August 1, 2023/ – SevKazEnergo JSC (Petropavlovsk), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of its sole shareholder dated July 27, 2023.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the consolidated financial statements of the company for 2022;
- not to pay dividends on the company's ordinary shares for 2022.
