/KASE, July 20, 2023/ – Maten Petroleum JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on July 18, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2022;
- the company's net income for 2022 in the amount of 43,054,372,000 tenge
shall not be distributed.
