From July 19, common shares KZ1C00006899 (NCPR) of North Caspian Petroleum will be excluded from KASE official list

/KASE, July 18, 2023/ – By a decision of the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated July 18, 2023, common shares KZ1C00006899 (KASE alternative market, "shares" sector, NCPR) of North Caspian Petroleum JSC (Atyrau) are excluded from KASE official list. This decision of the Listing Commission is effective from July 19, 2023. In the conclusion of KASE it was noted that the reason for the delisting of these shares was the non-compliance of North Caspian Petroleum JSC with the requirement to disclose information, namely, to submit annually no later than June 30 of the year following the reporting year, an auditor's report on the annual financial statements. These shares have been in the "shares" sector of KASE official list's alternative market since February 4, 2019. Trading in them opened since February 18, 2019. [2023-07-18]
