/KASE, July 13, 2023/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
Simon James Cleghorn was elected a member of the company's Management
Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of AK Altynalmas
JSC consists of six persons: B. Makhanov, R. Karakesov, R. Vodopshin, D.
Orazaev, M. Nusipova, Simon James Cleghorn.
