/KASE, July 13, 2023/ – "Fincraft" Investment House JSC (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held on
August 15, 2023 at 10:00 o'clock with the following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders of the company;
- on changing the location of the company's executive body;
- on approval of the company's charter in a new edition.
