/KASE, July 17, 2023/ – BAST JSC (Qasqabulaq v.), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on July 12, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2022;
- not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2022.
