/KASE, July 10, 2023/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held on July 31,
2023 at 11:00 o'clock with the following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders;
- on the expiration of the term of office of members of the Board of Directors,
determining the composition, term of office of the Board of Directors,
election of its members, as well as determining the amount and terms of
payment of remuneration and compensation of expenses to members of the Board
of Directors for the performance of their duties;
- on determining an audit organization to audit the company's financial
statements.
