/KASE, July 10, 2023/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May 31, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's consolidated financial statements for 2022;
- to neither accrue nor pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company based
on the results of 2022; not to approve the amount of dividends per ordinary
share of the company.
Decisions on a total of four items on the agenda were made at the general
meeting of shareholders.
