/KASE, July 4, 2023/ – Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC
(Almaty), with its bonds officially listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), informed KASE that Dosmukametov K.M. was excluded from the Board
of Directors of the Bank on his own initiative.
Given the changes made, the Board of Directors of Subsidiary Organization VTB
Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC consists of three people: Bortnikov D.A., Stepanov S.V.,
Shaimardanov I.I.
