Audit of the 2022 financial statements of the company was carried out by Grant
Thornton LLP. According to the auditor's report, the financial statements fairly
present, in all material respects, financial position of 3A-BestGroup JSC as of
December 31, 2022, as well as its financial performance and cash flows for the
year ended on that date, in compliance with the IFRS. The opinion contains
section "Material uncertainty related to going concern".
