/KASE, June 26, 2023/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana), with its bonds officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE about decisions
of its sole shareholder dated June 14, 2023.
The sole shareholder, among other things, decided to buy 253,500 ordinary
shares of the company at a placement price of 95,468 tenge per share through
exercise of the pre-emptive right.
