/KASE, June 23, 2023/ – Samruk-Energy JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that
by a decision of the sole shareholder dated June 14, 2023, K. Maksutov was
appointed the Chairman of the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Samruk-
Energy JSC consists of five persons: K. Maksutov, E. Ivchenko, A. Ryskulov, R.
Turgambaev, A. Adylkerimov.
