/KASE, June 20, 2023/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision
of the Board of Directors dated May 26, 2023, the following changes were made
to the company's Management Board:
•removed: K. Rakhishov, Cleghorn Simon James, B. Jalolov;
•elected: R. Karakesov, R. Vodopshin, D. Orazaev.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of AK Altynalmas JSC
consists of five persons: B. Makhanov, R. Karakesov, R. Vodopshin, D. Orazaev,
M. Nusipova.
