/KASE, June 16, 2023/ – Transnational Company Kazchrome JSC (Aqtobe),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about the decisions of the annual general meeting of
shareholders held on June 1, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2022;
- not to distribute net income of the company for 2022 in the amount of
486,010,969 thousand tenge;
- not to accrue nor pay dividends on ordinary shares for 2022.
