/KASE, June 15, 2023/ – "Fincraft" Investment House JSC (Almaty), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE about decisions of the general meeting of shareholders held on June 12,
2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited separate financial statements of the company for 2022;
- to approve the audited company's consolidated financial statements for 2022;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2022, retain it at disposal of the
company, not to accrue or pay dividends on ordinary shares for 2022.
