/KASE, June 14, 2023/ – AstanaGas KMG JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on May
30, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2022;
- due to the accumulated losses for past years, not to distribute the 2022 net
income, not to pay dividends on ordinary shares.
