/KASE, June 5, 2023/ – Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC
(Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the sole shareholder dated May
29, 2023.
The sole shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the bank's financial statements for 2022;
- due to the lack of net income for 2022, not to distribute net income and not
to pay dividends on ordinary shares.
