/KASE, June 2, 2023/ – Dosjan temir joly JSC (Astana), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on July 26, 2023
at 15:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- approval of the charter on the company's Board of Directors;
- approval of the corporate governance code of the company.
