/KASE, June 2, 2023/ – Dosjan temir joly JSC (Astana), whose bonds are listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of
the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on May 29, 2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2022;
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2022 in the amount of
1,294,690 thousand tenge due to the negative amount of equity in 2022, not
to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company.
