/KASE, May 25, 2023/ – KazTransOil JSC (Astana), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of its intention
to pay from June 13, 2023 dividends on its common shares KZ1C00000744
(KASE main market, category "premium", KZTO) for 2022 at KZT39 tenge per
share for a total amount of KZT15,000,495,861.
According to the aforementioned message, the list of shareholders entitled to
receive dividends will be drawn up as of 00:00 o'clock on June 5, 2023.
