/KASE, May 25, 2023/ – "Otbasy bank" house construction savings bank
JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated May
22, 2023.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the bank's audited annual financial statements for 2022;
- to approve the following procedure for distributing the bank's net income for
2022 in the amount of KZT96,035,129,578.28:
- to spend KZT67,224,699,900.00 on payment of dividends to the sole
shareholder;
- to retain KZT28,810,429,678.28 at disposal of the bank.
