(KASE), has provided KASE with an auditor's report on the bank's financial
statements for 2022.

LLP. According to the auditor's opinion, the financial statements present fairly,
in all material aspects, the financial position of "Otbasy bank" house
construction savings bank JSC as of December 31, 2022, as well as its
financial results and its cash flows for the year ended as of the specified
date in accordance with IFRS.
