/KASE, May 12, 2023/ – Shubarkol komir JSC (Qaraghandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
the annual general meeting of its shareholders will start on June 12, 2023 at
12:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
- approval of the company's 2022 annual financial statements;
- approval of the procedure for distribution of the company's 2022 net income;
- about 2022 dividends, the amount of dividends per ordinary share of the
company;
- consideration of the issue of shareholders' complaints over actions of the
company and its executives and results of their consideration.
