/KASE, May 5, 2023/ – KEGOC JSC (Astana), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the
decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on May 2,
2023.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's financial statements for 2022;
- to distribute 13,153,329,679.90 tenge as dividends on ordinary shares of the
company for the second half of 2022.
