/KASE, May 4, 2023/ – "Fincraft" Investment House JSC (Almaty), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 28, 2023, M. Junusbekov
was appointed the Chairman of the company's Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of "Fincraft"
Investment House JSC consists of three persons: M. Junusbekov, Sh. Satpaeva,
B. Alikhan.
