on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following
press release.

On May 2, 2023, the annual general meeting of shareholders of KEGOC was
held, which approved the financial statements of KEGOC for the year ending
December 31, 2022, the procedure for distributing net income, the amount of
dividend per ordinary share of KEGOC for the second half of 2022", a decision
was made to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company, as well as
changes and additions to the Regulations on the Board of Directors of KEGOC.
The meeting participants took note of the information on the shareholders'
appeals to the actions of KEGOC and its executives and the results of their
consideration.
The consolidated net profit of KEGOC for 2022, according to the approved
annual consolidated financial statements of KEGOC, amounted to 26.75 billion
tenge. The general meeting of shareholders of KEGOC decided to pay dividends
for the second half of 2022 in the amount of 13.15 billion tenge, which is 50.59
tenge per ordinary share.
Thus, taking into account the previously paid dividends for the first half of
2022 – 17.01 billion tenge, the total amount of dividends paid for 2022 will
amount to 112.8 % of the net profit of KEGOC, or 30.17 billion tenge, which,
per ordinary share, will be 116.03 (one hundred and sixteen) tenge 03 tiyn.
The list of KEGOC shareholders entitled to receive dividends on ordinary shares
of KEGOC following the results of the second half of 2022 will be fixed as of
00:00 hours, on May 12, 2023. The start of dividend payments is May 15, 2023.
