/KASE, May 2, 2023/ – Leasing Group JSC (Almaty), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
the annual general meeting of its shareholders will start on May 29, 2023 at
15:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
- approval of the company's 2022 annual financial statements;
- defining the procedure for distributing the company's net income for 2022
fiscal year:
- considering the issue of payment of dividends on ordinary shares of the
company;
- considering the issue of distributing the company's net income for 2022.
